✨ Diary of CEO – No.1 Sleep Expert DR. MATTHEW WALKER ✨

A great reminder of how powerful sleep really is!

I’d highly recommend listening to Steven Bartlett’s Diary of a CEO podcast episode with the sleep expert. It delves into the science of sleep and why it’s so fundamental to our physical health, mental wellbeing, emotional regulation, and overall performance.

Dr Walker explained the long-term impact of poor sleep, not just on energy levels but on focus, mood, learning, and decision-making. The conversation challenges the idea that sleep is a luxury and reframes it as a non-negotiable foundation for success and wellbeing.

It’s also very practical, with evidence-based strategies that feel realistic to implement, rather than overwhelming or unrealistic. Whether you’re a leader, a parent, or simply trying to function better day to day, this episode offers valuable insights that are hard to ignore.

Well worth the time to listen. 👂🎧

✨ Square me, Round World – Chelsea Sarah Luker ✨

Square Me, Round World is an illuminating collection of seven short stories that perfectly capture the essence of growing up feeling different. Written by an Autistic/ADHDer psychologist, this book delves into the unique experiences of those who navigate life as square pegs in a world of round holes.

Suitable for children and adults alike, this book is a reminder that different isn’t less. It’s just different—and that’s perfectly okay. In fact, sometimes, it’s brilliant. 🥰💕
