Mike has made a valuable contribution to our school over the past few years, helping staff develop effective strategies to support children with additional needs. His practical recommendations, insightful reports and collaborative approach have led to positive outcomes for pupils and strengthened inclusive practice across the school.
This was recently recognised by Ofsted, who highlighted the quality of our inclusion work and the impact of our partnership with Mike which was evident with what they saw in school.
