For Educational Settings

We offer flexible support options designed to meet the diverse needs of educational settings. These include ANNUAL PACKAGES that provide ongoing access to our services, tailored to each setting’s priorities; ONE‑OFF SUPPORT for immediate needs; and half‑termly SEND CLUSTER GROUPS that deliver training and guided problem‑solving action plans. We provide a nationwide DROP‑IN service, ensuring accessible support whenever and wherever it is needed. In addition, we deliver TRAINING AND COACHING for staff across all areas of child and adolescent development, available through our advertised online twilight sessions or bespoke training created specifically for individual settings. We also offer a CONSULTANCY AND PROJECT model of support, with unique packages developed in response to emerging needs observed within education and the lived experiences of children and young people.

Annual Packages

Annual packages are tailored around each setting’s needs and the type of support required, ensuring a bespoke approach.

Packages are based on the total number of days of support agreed, ranging from a minimum of three days per year (one day each term) to a maximum of 39 days per year (one day each week).

Many settings choose a blend of support, including assessments and advice for individual children and young people, group‑based interventions, project‑focused consultancy support, as well as coaching and training for school staff.

One-Off Support

Our one-off support is designed to be flexible and responsive, providing help when an educational setting or family faces a specific challenge that requires timely support, as and when needed. It is particularly valuable for smaller settings that may not require ongoing provision, or in situations where immediate, focused support is essential to address urgent needs.

Support for Individual Children and Young People

Through our Service Level Agreements (SLA) or via one‑off support, we offer a range of services to schools for individual children and young people. This includes everything from brief drop‑in sessions to consultation days, through to more in‑depth psychological assessments.

Our DROP‑IN service enables us to unpick presenting concerns and provide verbal, practical advice through clear next step action plans.

We offer in‑person CONSULTATION DAYS, where schools can choose the level of support required. This may include light‑touch input for up to four children in one day, each with an accompanying action plan. Alternatively, schools may opt to focus on two children, allowing for a more detailed exploration of their needs and the development of richer formulations, informed action plans or summary reports.

For children requiring more comprehensive input, we provide full PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENTS, including comprehensive, high‑quality psychological reports. These involve a full‑day school visit, giving us the time needed to gather in‑depth information. Our reports are often used as robust evidence of need that support towards annual reviews, requests for changes in provision or requests for statutory assessments.

SEND Cluster Groups

We run half termly SEND Cluster Groups across the Northwest, offering educational settings the opportunity to join annually and access six half‑day sessions for one nominated member of staff.

Educational settings can book a place for a key staff member, such as a SENDCo or learning mentor, or rotate attendance so different staff members can attend. This flexibility allows the most appropriate professional to attend each session to discussion a child or young person, or to address specific staff training priorities.

Each session includes:
